Villa Type A3 & A4
The project aims at preparing the, detailed design and shop drawings of Mechanical system such as swimming pool, plumbing, firefighting, HVAC, electrical system and Light current of each villa.
• Technical Brief; each building consists of basement, with area of 1500 m2 ground floor with area of 750 m2 , first and second floor. The total built up area is about 3,000 m2.
