The project includes a farm with an area of 160 feddan, with several residential villas. The scope includes Schematic Design, Detailed Design, and Tender documents. The scope covers the following:
– Irrigation Networks including the irrigation pumping station and treatment system
– MEP works for the buildings (Pluming, firefighting, HVAC, Lighting, small power & light current)
– Dry and Wet Utilities (power supply, telecommunications, water supply, firefighting, drain and storm)
