The project’s aim is to prepare the conceptual, schematic and detailed designs as well as tender documents for architecture, structure, HVAC systems, mechanical systems, Electrical system and Light current systems and firefighting systems.
Technical Brief; the tower consists of 2 basement floor, a ground floor, and 11 floors. The foot print of the building is about 2,500 m2 with total built up area of about 28,000 m2.
