The project’s aim is the evaluation of the current condition of the building in terms of; architecture, structure, HVAC , mechanical, electrical, light current and firefighting systems.
Technical Brief; the building consists of a ground and 2 floors. The foot print of the building is about 900 m2 with total built up area of about 2,700 m2.
