The scope of services for this project included the preparation of the conceptual, schematic and development designs as well as the tender documents for Telal Soul, a resort owned by Roya Developments on the north coast, Al-Alamein city with a total area of 140 feddans. The infrastructure works included the wet utilities, dry utilities as well as an sewage treatment plant and a desalination plant and there process designs. Other requirements involved the MEP, structure and architectural works. A hydrogeological study and wells field design were also requested.
